gigaPerks is our way of saying thank you for being on gigaFLEX+. As a qualified subscriber, you get a free PlayMade bubble tea every month.

gigaPerks is open to giga subscribers who meet all of the following: 

• New sign-up or active subscriber on the gigaFLEX+ plan
• Aged 15 years old and above during the promotion period
• A Singapore resident throughout the promotion period

Be an active subscriber on the gigaFLEX+ plan. Once you’re eligible, you’ll receive an email with your Unique Claim Code, redemption instructions, and a link to gigaperks.sg. Just follow the steps and your bubble tea is basically already yours. 

Simple! Just follow these steps:

1. Head to gigaperks.sg and submit the registration form with your Unique Claim Code
2. You’ll land on the Reward Page — tap “Redeem”
3. You’ll receive an email with your reward code and redemption details
4. Download the PlayMade app, enter your reward code, and collect your drink in-store

One bubble tea per month, per account — but hey, it’s free and it comes back every month, so we’d say that’s a pretty good deal.

Your first reward will be sent on the following Wednesday after you register and activated for gigaFlex+ plan. 

For subsequent monthly rewards: 

• If you registered between the 1st–15th, your reward will be sent on 15th of the following month. 
• If you registered between the 16th–end of the month, your reward will be sent on 30th of the following month. 

There is no need to register again. Keep an eye on your registered email for your monthly reward

A free PlayMade bubble tea voucher — your drink options will be shown at the point of redemption.

You’ll receive a confirmation email with your unique reward code and instructions on how to collect your drink from PlayMade.

Your reward code is valid for 30 days from the date you receive it — so don’t sit on it too long!

Nope — rewards can’t be exchanged for cash, cheques, or bank transfers.

No — rewards are tied to your account and identity for your security. Non-transferable, non-mergeable, non-giftable.
